Colors used in SVG are the same as the ones used in HTML or CSS:
- Named colors - red, purple, cornflowerblue
- Hexadecimal representations - #ff7820
- Short hexadecimal - #ff7
- RGB representation - rgb(100, 149, 237)
The default value for color is black.
Also opacity can be used, with values between 0 (invisible) and 1. The default opacity is 1.
